How Long Does It Take For Your Products To Arrive?
Shipping for USA takes 5-10 business days (First Class Mail) or 2-3 business days (Priority Mail), for all other countries usually takes 3-5 weeks (First Class Mail) or 6-10 business days (Priority Mail) to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. How Much Does Shipping and packaging Cost?
Shipping and packaging costs vary based on content and the destination country. To calculate your shipping charge, please add all desired items to your shopping cart and select your destination.
International Duties (Customs Fees)
If your order is shipping outside of the United States, you are likely to be charged customs fees before delivery can be completed. Shipping cost does not include custom fees. Please be familiar with the customs charges in your country before you order. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. The customer is responsible for any customs fees. Holly Nutrients is not responsible for lost and/or damaged packages during the shipping process.
Return and/or Exchange of Products
Holly Nutrients goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Holly Nutrients carefully review your order and make sure there is nothing wrong with each of the products you purchased prior of shipping.
All returns and/or exchange must be accompanied with original purchase receipt. No returns and/or exchange will be issued without a receipt.
Holly Nutrients will accept only unopened bottles for return and/or exchange within 14 days of receipt. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges after 14 days period.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning and/or exchanging a product. All refunds will be credited to the original payment source. If the original payment source is unavailable, Holly Nutrients reserves the right to issue an electronic gift certificate or issue a refund check to be mailed to the shipping address provided on the order.
No refund will be issued for lost and/or damaged packages during the shipping process.
Quantity Limits or Items Purchase for Resale
Holly Nutrients reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
